Cancellation

We understand plans can change, so if you need to cancel an order, please do so as soon as possible. As a standard e-commerce practice, cancellations are accepted only before the order ships. To cancel, contact our customer service immediately after placing the order.
Please note:

  • Cancellation Window: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the item has not yet shipped.
  • How to Cancel: Email us at support@styleloom.com or use our online contact form to request a cancellation.
  • After Shipment: Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled (you may then request a return instead).
  • Refund: If cancelled in time, a full refund is issued via the original payment method (please allow a  few business days for processing).
